Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns if the item(s) you purchased arrives damaged.
How to report damaged Items? If your product arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are eager to make it right. All damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Please send an email to xaramascents[at]gmail.com with the following information:
Upon receipt of your claim and accompanying documentation, we will promptly review it and contact you to resolve the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how the product should be returned to us. You will then be issued a replacement or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.
Refunds: We do not issue refunds. We are more than happy to issue store credit.
